Delete Account

If you no longer wish to use SavingTax and would like to delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Email us at support@savingtax.uk using the email linked to your account.
  2. Include the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
  3. Your account and associated data (email, user preferences, and saved reports) will be permanently deleted within 7 days.

We may retain anonymized or legally required financial records for up to 90 days for legal compliance.

How to Manage or Delete Specific Data (Without Deleting Your Account)

SavingTax gives you control over your data. You can:

  • Add, update, or delete your income and tax-related details at any time
  • Manage your personal information via the Profile page in the app

You do not need to delete your account to remove this information.
